It is a little overwhelming because there is so much to learn however they are so patient and friendly to answer all questions and spend time training and relating the data in your format.

- Goes over and beyond to support employees and their overall career development( training on new technologies, placements and immigration related matters) - Very Organized and has well defined policies and staff to support. - Good Benefits and Salary paid promptly. - Well established in Informatica MDM marketplace. - No issues with H1B and GC sponsorships.

Cons

- Need to work to get more direct clients/Vendors. -Pay and pay growth needs to be discussed clearly at the time of joining to avoid expectation mismatch.
