Pros

I worked for Softpath for 3 and a half years. Good company to work with -Competitive and timely pay -Considerate towards individual's choice of location and project -Good on job support through there internal technical group.Have a lot of good experienced resources who always try to help. -HR team is supportive. Even after leaving the company they would respond to our queries quickly. -Immigration team is organized and takes good care of your immigration needs. -Company stands by the commitment they make to there employees.

Cons

They should try to get more direct clients. Though I know they are trying there best in this area.

Pros

Good at H1B and GC documentation. Sponsors H1 with in-house project during crisis situations or to bring folks from India. Pay on time. Decent marketing teams. Good office infrastructure. Good company for Informatica MDM consultants.

Cons

Lack of transparency from owners. Except for couple of direct clients mostly in Informatica MDM practice, rest all need to depend on C2C from job sites or sub contracts.
