Lot of cons are there in fact. They keep worst people and very bad people on the floor based on their performance no matter how rude they behave or how badly they behave with co workers. They'll look at money, money and money..... Relatives of CEO gets promotions, good hikes, recognition and all... Groupism, favoritism, back stabbing are very common there....

I have been in the industry for many years now and I feel like I have finally found the right fit. The company has a great corporate culture and the owners are very supportive and very engaged in the operations. The company has results driven culture that respects the value add by each employee. I enjoy working at Softpath tremendously and wish to continue working here for this company for a long term. Hopefully, will retire her.

Cons

I am yet to discover any concerns or cons with the company. I will post an update once I come across one.
