Pros

Decent pay, some remote flexibility, decent benefits, company events, some nice workers.

Cons

Management will not listen to a single word of the employees. Each employee just has to do whatever they are told with risk of being reprimanded or ignored if they don't. Many of the devs are working nights and weekends due to improper planning. They talk a big game during interviews, but it's all a sham. Complete lack of culture. Everyone is talking about quitting, constantly.

They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.
