Pay was decent, liked the personal relationships.

Cons

Lots of talk about promoting the culture of Softrams, but not much culture to speak of. Management would talk about wanting people to come to them with ideas but would ignore them and only trust upper level management. Lots of micro-managing, calling people out in big meetings. Saw a lot of developers work constant over time.

Cons

Brought in on a project that was over promising way too much and the team was being asked to work weekends consistently. The work I was actually doing was not increasing my skillset. I was brought in as an Angular developer and was not writing anything new, I was wiring up queries to front end reports.

Useless middle management (not entirely sure some people at the company actually do all day] Upper management does not value all, only few people are considered in the project. Good people have left given the opportunity. Some people working on the project over so many years and no innovation in the work. They have CMS projects, Lot of drama before client, in real little work will be done.
