Pros
It's a government contractor, so the work can be meaningful at times.
Cons
I've worked for a number of different federal contractors and Softrams was certainly the worst. The PTO given is worse than all its competition. The compensation was offensive. The 'Director of Cloud' was among the worst people I've ever worked with. He was rude, ignorant, and despite being a native English speaker, consistently made spelling / grammatical mistakes you would expect from a 4th grader.
