The work is challenging and high-impact: the advisory work you perform often leads to important changes in IT-strategy. Due to the diversity of the engagements you are continuously challenged. The company culture is very friendly and open.

Cons

Career management and talent management is still under development, you'll need to mainly address this yourself.

Very dynamic and flexible work environment, with the ability to learn a lot from the multitude of engagements we have with our clients. Nice atmosphere and colleagues.
