Great atmosphere with highly intelligent colleagues. Diversity to the max and everyone is open to and interested in each others opinion. Focus is always to respect and learn from each other. Delivering client value is what we do and we help one other in achieving exactly that. New investor's and director's on board help SIG professionalise, grow internationally and keep the highly valued culture alive. Those who see the potential stayed, help realise the necessary change and help attract new talent. The world is at our feet. If you're smart, join us.

Cons

The pay is not the best you can get in the market, but this is largely offset by the shared goal of truly making a difference, flexibility and freedom in determining your own work.

Pros

SIG has a supportive and collaborative working environment, with flexibility and a good work/life balance. Everyone is approachable and genuinely enjoys working together. Also very international, with employees from all over the globe.

Cons

Nothing that's specifically unique to SIG. Any con is one that comes with the role, and in my opinion, made up for with the flexibility and favorable work environment.

Pros

Working for SIG is working with some of the brightest minds in the industry. The amount of knowledge on Software, Security and Privacy is unsurpassed. People truly want to help each other and continuously are able to assist customers with great findings and recommendation to get software right. They have an excellent customer base and are investing to scale up even further so an exciting time to work here.

Cons

Strategy is taking some time to be detailed, and some people from the old "family" left. This is logical though and the changes taking place are required to allow the growth to truly take place.
