      HR helped with benefits and life transitions; department heads are friendly and easy to collaborate with; competitive pay and benefits for the area; lots of opportunities to learn; free employee parking.

      Cons

      Parking garage can get a little sketchy at night, however, security guards inside the building will escort you if you ask them. There's room for improvement with coordinating, communicating, and learning with and from the cities and other surrounding counties.
