      Soleo is the best company I have ever worked for by far!

      Pros

      I have been in the Home Infusion business for over 25 years and I have to say, Soleo is the best company that I have ever worked for! Our CEO, Drew Walk is a pharmacist and a lot of the executive team are clinicians too. All decisions are made based on what is best for patient care. I am a nurse, so this approach is very important to me. We have had a lot of growth the past few years because of our excellent patient care. I have been with Soleo for 9 years now and plan to work for Soleo for the rest of my career. I can proudly say that I work for the very best Home Infusion Company in the nation!

      Cons

      Sometimes keeping up with our growth can be challenging, but our leadership is very supportive of what is needed in each location to support our growth.

      Pros

      The best manager I’ve had to date. Laidback, fun culture. Lots of opportunities to make $ if you work hard. Openness to hearing ideas to improve structure.

      Cons

      Some growing pains. A few bad legacy employees that still operate as if this were the start-up company it was 6-8 years ago.
