Soleo provides a lot of training and resources to set you up for success in your job. Management is always available to help and very receptive to communication about your position. My coworkers are quick to help with questions you have. They do not micromanage. Salary and PTO are competitive with other companies. Great workplace and employees!

Cons

Our benefits package could be better, but the pay makes up for it.
