      Pros

      Rank and file folks are talented and outside of work are great. I worked with many talented people that dedicated themselves blindly to this organization.

      Cons

      I read the reviews and can't believe the cool aid still has taste. I found the environment to be fear based with only a small "core" that gets the big piece of cake. Ask any "loyal" and high performing member from San Ramon or San Diego how this company packs its bags and leaves the many that follow the "80/20" garbage in the dust.....collateral damage?

      Great people, great team, poor management

      Cons

      Took over from ADP and completely changed the culture. Their focus was only on how to make the CEO and few others become rich. They were not employee focused at all
