Pretty competitive wages for a technical service it job. Quarterly bonuses are also a plus.

Cons

You are supporting proprietary software, so the skills you have may not transfer if you decide to leave for a different job.

Pros

If you leave Solera you will miss the things I miss: the people, the challenges/missions, the need to be intellectually flexible in order to execute in the one, the uncommon rewards and benefits (seriously the free food was very convenient and helps you be more productive since it's one less thing you have to worry about), also, did I mention you will miss the driven people at Solera? Well, you will.

Cons

It's a dynamic place. I had a great experience and see the rapid change as positive, though appreciate that pace/style might not be for everyone.

There is not a reasonable distribution of work load, position responsibilities are not formally determined. Objectives over employee wellness, overtime hours, constant reactive overwork to fulfill planning gaps
