      Racist Managers, Old Thinking

      Pros

      Colleagues are helpful and the employees try to keep the environment fun.

      Cons

      Non existent HR policies. Racist Managers whose behaviours don't change even after reporting to the HR. Do what you are told and don't ask questions kind of environment. Majority of the people have been there since ages and so have a " Its good as it is, no need to change anything" kind of attitude. Layoffs and on the spot firing is common. Intimidating environment. Personally the worst role of my life.

      Good People, Company May be Going Downhill

      Pros

      For the most part the staff is excellent to work with. Very supportive, respectful, and great to work with.

      Cons

      Competitive losses are putting a lot of jobs on the chopping block. The base core of staff knows how to work with the clients and win....the new acquired "management" doesn't appear to know how to or to set strategies to work with the key clients or sectors.

      Pros

      Exposure to new technologies and interesting work. Environment is very fast paced and always evolving.

      Cons

      Small work environment creates power circles that challenge the introduction of varied lines of thought. Fast paced environment tends to lead to half baked products that could be made better and successful if given the opportunity.
