Pros

Working for Audatex beats being unemployed, and will make you really appreciate your new job when you do leave.

Cons

Audatex became an awful place to work. I was there approximately eight years, working for ADP, Audatex, and the Hollander group, and it was a textbook example of how a good workplace can become every cliche about a bad company brought to life. After being taken over by Solera, the original employee-first culture and competent, knowledgeable management staff that had worked their way up through the ranks at ADP were replaced one-by-one with buzzword spewing corporate cronies with a lack of industry experience. Any remaining managers that didn't drink the corporate kool-aid were overwhelmed and undermined by their superiors. Despite initial promises to the contrary, benefits, pay, and personnel started getting chopped. Raises were suspended for five years, and there was no sign of any future increases. Senior management even explicitly yelled at employees during town hall meetings for having the nerve to ask about raises. Responsibilities increased steadily without any commensurate increase in pay / title or even adequate training, internal promotions were replaced with outside hiring. The only corporate philosophy that remained in place for more than a few months was 'increase revenue at any cost', and by the time any new projects or products were implemented they were cast aside for the new big thing, and left to die on the vine due to a lack of development, training, and support resources. The only reason I would recommend someone take a job at Audatex is if they have no other prospects or they are masochistic.
