Pros

Option for fully remote work is a plus, my direct manager and coworkers all great people to work with.

Cons

Lack of culture, minimal customer service support for the product, senior leadership hard to work with. Getting paid on time, or the correct amount, was an issue for all my years here.

Just a job, not a career

Pros

Solera is a good place to get experience. That is it.

Cons

There is no path for development or pay increase. The culture is toxic. The leadership is tone deaf to what is really going on. The only corporate focus is revenue which just keeps going down.

Pros

1. Remote/WFH (if your lucky enough to have that option..) 2. All of 3 coworkers

Cons

If I could leave negative stars I would.. 1. For a company that prides itself on advancing & promoting Women in Technology & growth of Women's careers, I was told that my contributions & the level of effort that I committed to the company for 12 months was not enough to warrant advancement opportunities. Harassment is rampant as well. 1a. When asking about advancement & growth opportunities, was informed that my position didn't have any room for growth & that promotions had just taken place 2 months prior, so I'd have to wait ~6+ months for Leadership to maybe consider expanding my role to "Lead" or "Senior" title. 2. Workload was not sustainable, for 10 of the 12 months that I was there, I was given little to no clarity on what my role responsibilities were & was constantly left to fend for myself & figure out the systems at hand with little to no support/guidance from my direct manager. No work/life balance, expected to answer emails/texts at all hours of the night. 2a.Information was never shared in a timely manner & changes that directly affected me were given to me by leaders from other departments rather than my direct manager. When I raised questions to my manager, I often got an answer of "I don't know" or "Oh, that's news to me". I don't need/expect to have my hand held to do my job, but I do expect my manager to be a resource that I can go to w/ questions or support. 3. Employee Reviews submitted Feb 2022 & were never followed up on or had feedback provided, waste of time. Was informed on my last day of employment that I was supposed to receive a merit increase (3%) April 1 and that I'd receive retro earnings on my last check. Last check was for 6 wks instead of 7 wks. Received no response from HR when asking for this to be rectified 4. Recognition subject to the department your in/if your manager wanted to go to bat for you (re: Recognition never happened on my team). My manager's leader (Sr leader) never addressed me on projects that I was leading/managing - showed lack of care or knowledge for who actually owned systems/processes. 5. Sales teams are not enabled for success. Was told that was just how it is at this company & that I shouldn't expect a change. Rather than having 1 area to request support help, employees had multiple channels to request help, do to sr. leaders believing it would be too difficult for them to learn a central system. 6. Employee distros/teams channels or Organizational Charts were never provided/created which lead to consistent confusion & a lack of open communication between IT, HR, Sales, Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations departments. SharePoint is filled with outdated & incorrect information. Onboarding process is completely broken & saw too many employees quit within weeks if not days after being hired due to the frustrations/delays/lack of internal support. 6a. Consistently seeing weekly turnover rates of 60+ employees & leadership fleeing the company does not evoke a sense of a stable or healthy work environment. 7. Training was next to nothing & does not set new hires up for success. Managers that don't know what their doing or how to manage is pretty telling.
