Pros

The old employees of Auromate and Dealetsocket before the acquisition

Cons

Senior management is horrible. They care about no one. There is no communication. The executives say they are " too busy" to make themselves available to their employees. They cut all of the support to customers. I could continue forever....

Pros

The pay is okay, but not worth the horrible year round lack of work life balance.

Cons

In the accounting and finance departments there are high turnover rates because the management is horrible. They are flexible in the sense that you are flexing past your standard work week hours constantly. No regard for your time or schedule. Unless you like working weekends and late nights consistently, do not work here. Management is rude and passive aggressive. Maybe there has been change, but I would definitely ask important WLB and work culture questions during any interview and really get the feel for the group before accepting.
