      Pros

      Great people at Identifix but many have been fired or have quit. Those that are left hate working under the Solera leadership, they have damaged a great company.

      Terrible leadership from Solera the parent company of Identifix. People are fired or eliminated with no thought to how it will impact the company.

      * Good coworkers and few development managers are really good to complete the assignment project.

      Cons

      * NO Visionaries neither for the company nor for the software platform * CEO totally detached with the employees engagement. * Management does not know where are they going to end at-least for a 3 month projection. * There is NO collaboration and clear communication. Dry work environment and No Motivation to employees. * The whole floor in San Diego is almost empty now. * Trying to copy the initiatives from the competitors and Not having own * Old Product of Estimating still helping to move slowly the sinking ship. * False statement to outside world. * Won't keep the promise for the employee about the immigration visa and process.
