      Con: Leadership, pressure, and constant change of direction from the top creates a chaotic environment with strategic confusion, and a limited work-life balance, often leading to high turnover

      Comp breakfast and lunch on Monday and Friday Comp drinks and snacks Employees are pretty easy to get along with Ramp up bonuses help, if you last enough.

      Cons

      Mgmt are old school telemarketer, no idea of what works in this century. Constant misogynistic, homophobic banter among managers. Obscene music playing on speakers while trying to work. Unrealistic quota means a high turnover. Constant pressure to work overtime.

      Snacks Very little oversight High starting pay

      Cons

      No room to move up, no motivation to 'do it better', ton's of Pareto principle speak as it's part of the military 'culture'. High starting pay means they don't give raises.
