Pros

there were great people to work with. Stable recession proof industry.

Cons

Management lies about layoffs. Old technologies that receive no support in money, or personnel. Pay raises are a myth, not even a cost of living increase in 5 years. All jobs are rapidly being outsourced, any money coming in is going overseas. Management displays open contempt for US employees during meetings. So many competent people have left, customers feel the lack of service and are now using the competitors products. Revenue is falling fast and there will be no company in 1 to 2 years time. If you are on the bonus structure, you will still not receive one as they practice the moving goal post theory, meaning you make your numbers but the requirements are just 2 % higher.

Pros

None, it use to be the food.

Cons

The systems are broken, billing is a joke, management think they can threaten employees and work them night and day. They’ll try to squeeze you dry and load you constantly with more duties, without any increases in pay. Attrition is unbelievable. It takes over six months, or longer to pay out a possible bonus. They’ll dangle the carrot stick for months to get you to stay. They no longer pay out PTO’s earned, if you get laid off/quit. This policy was changed days leading up to a mass layoff, with very little communication. Employees constantly quit, because of the toxic culture by management. It’s the Wild West. There’s zero training, support and they purposely set you up to fail to test you. They’ve transitioned many functions over to India and will continue this further, along with many more layoffs coming ahead. There have been three CEO’s in the past year. The second CEO quit after 3 months! It’s the titanic. Jump!

Pros

"Free" lunch and breakfast of questionable quality and safety.

Cons

GD&C is a vipers nest. Back stabbing whisper campaigns drive some to simply ghost the place. Others are disappeared for very questionable reasons. HR is a joke! Don't even bother. The "office" is an empty shell crammed full of rolling desks. The environment is repressive. LOUD to the point of deafening. Hope you don't need to use the rest room - they are third world at best - gross! If you can figure out the mumbo jumbo near cult like rantings of 80/20, 90/10, etc, you need pysch help. Every thing you do is monitored. Each and every keystroke. GD&C "leadership" must be the worst ever. I can't even begin to describe their incompetency. Do not dare complain! They will disappear you in a flash. Vision, strategy, priorities? Not happening. Come prepared to be frustrated and worked like a mule.
