      Was very good in the past, seems to be turning into a train wreck in North America.

      Mostly the the old ADP trained people are gone and the new people appear to be clueless in the industry. CEO has left a awake of destruction while losing any competitive edge in North America. CEO sucked $29 million out of the company last year while slashing the workforce.

      Pros

      Everyone except Management are pretty cool and knowledgeable.(Too bad management doesn't listen to them.)

      Cons

      High Pressure, no clear vision, worst culture you well ever experience. These guys say one thing and then do another. They have been working on their "new" platform for about four years and if they ever get it to market it will be out dated.

      DSM Thank you for your feedback and for your 3 years of service to the company. As I have stated before, I work very closely with the senior management of AudaExplore and I can say they are very knowledgeable and experienced individuals. We do have some managers who are new in role but that is because they have been given "stretch" assignments in recognition of their strong performance - that is a good thing! AudaExplore is a results oriented company...we play to win! We are "mission" based so there is a laser like focus on the three 80s we need to execute to win in the marketplace. It's about Focus and Execution, and the relentless focus on both is delivering results. I will you all the best in the future.
