Upper management doesn't care about employees. Company destroyed the existing engineering teams, firing hundreds of long term employees to hire cheaper engineers in India.

Cons

No training- micromanaging and no on cares about you. Be prepared for health issues from all of the stress. Also- they love to promote people who do not have the work history or skills sets to manage teams because they want puppets- no actual leaders.
