      Pros

      Most offices closed and have Remote work flexibility.

      Cons

      Dozens of employees are resigning daily and the company does not seem interested in backfilling. Those that are left are tripling work loads, and left with minimal resources. The culture due to acquisitions has died completely and the organization feels sterile- Never any insight into company objectives, announcements, sales, product enhancements. Just radio silence. Compensation leaves much to be desired.

      Pros

      Technically work for DealerSocket which is a great company. Love the managers and my co-workers. Built a great environment where I felt wanted and treated right by my managers.

      Cons

      DealerSocket was bought by Solera. May be just the nature of an acquisition, but mass firings occurred while we were understaffed due to no hirings since COVID hit. Lost 5 out of my 9 team members including my direct manager. Lost 9 people in our department. Who thinks it is good to kill morale right after acquisition?
