Pros

Lunch was brought into the office everyday. Wouldn't doubt if that were to go away at some point though

Cons

-No work/life balance -Don't care about their employees -Doesn't care about their communities (companies usually have charitable events....this one didn't) -People leave after a few months because of how bad it is -Leadership can't say a positive thing about what employees are doing well -HR policies are not fair to the employees

If getting replaced by cheaper labor sounds exciting, then this is the place for you!

Cons

Aside from all the constant layoffs, the place is a mess. Lots of long meetings and spinning of wheels, but not a lot actually being delivered. Lots of hostility. Some coworkers are nice but you also have your share of bullies. They get rewarded while others are brushed aside.
