      Pros

      I worked with a group of talented Engineers and through working 6 years for Omnitracs learned a lot from them. Love the culture and environment. They use to provide great benefit and compensation to their employees.

      Cons

      After Solera acquisition, the environment became so different and the culture became toxic. They let go of many talented individuals that used to work for Omnitracs and hire a lot of young unexperienced engineers outside of U.S.

      Pros

      Have worked with many people at Omnitracs for a very long time and there's a great amount of talent that works here.

      Cons

      As of recently, Omnitracs got acquired by another company and now the culture is in question. There's little to no communication as to where the vision is going or whether if jobs are safe. It is a very unpleasant feeling to have while working here.
