Supportive mentorship overshadowed by toxic management practices

Pros

The office was nice and I enjoyed working with my mentor Tysheen. Pay was decent for a first time position but they oversell the commission and benefits for first years.

Cons

Management was toxic and decided the best way to motivate an increase in productivity was to stress job instability. They frequently over hired and then did frequent layoffs. In my interview I directly asked questions about turnover and they flat out lied. They pushed you to work well outside of your contract hours without overtime.
