I just started here about 3 or so months ago and love it. I love the people and everyone is super nice! Work hard and put in the time and you will do well!

Management and pay sometimes can be low, but it is worth it!!!

- The leaders are very supportive and want everyone to succeed. - Work hard play hard environment. (slackers and people not willing to push themselves will not be successful) - Beautiful new workspace, which has made coming to work more enjoyable - Good benefits and base compensation for people looking for their first job - Values based company - Great overall experience for those who are looking to get into sales or looking for their first job

Cons

- You can do very well as a first year or second year account executive but you won't - Not necessarily a con but this is a sales and numbers based position, so the position can be stressful if someone does not know how to manage that stress - I wish there were more contests than there are currently
