      Pros

      I have worked for Soliant for 16 years. They have always supported my growth and provided training opportunities. I started as a department coordinator and am now a manager and would not have achieved that without amazing mentors and leadership. I beleive in what we do with all my heart and have seen first hand the impact we have on communities, specifically children who receive special education services. I am proud to work here and will stay as long as they'll have me.

      Cons

      If I could think of a 'con' I wouldn't still be working here after 16 years.

      great pay, loved the assignment I had

      benefits are not available if you are on contract with a school district because you are technically "unemployed" during system breaks
