Pros

Good Agency to work for. You get what you put into it. If you have a go getter attitude and don't expect management to hand hold your every move then this is a good place for you.

Cons

They call it corporate recruiting but it is just another agency. Some employees are snakes and would rather see a job go unfilled then split commissions with another recruiter. Management are mainly puts out fires. Not really there to cultivate or help train you. I saw a lot of young recruiters flounder and fail.

Pros

Great environment. Atmosphere of success and growth promoted by management and staff. Individualized success depends on attention placed at desk level. Senior account executive's offer much help to new hires and give the feeling of family and a want for everyone to succeed.

Cons

Just as with many office settings, some meetings could be emails. Continued training, even for experienced recruiters, would be beneficial.

Pros

I have been with Soliant for about six months. This is a very challenging position, and it's not for someone who isn't up to a challenge, but it's a great opportunity. We were given two weeks of classroom training, and then we had more training along the way. We also have a Team Lead who is our go to person for questions. The entire team is willing to help and ask questions, as well. I have learned a ton so far, and it's really a great place to grow your career. The environment is very fun and supportive. We all cheer when someone gets hired, and we truly care about our employees. The benefits are good. This is truly a great place to work where you are more than just a number.

Cons

Honestly, it is a tough position. This is not a position where you can just show up and get paid. This position does require results, and you do that by being really strategic while you're in the office. It is up to you to ask questions when you don't understand something. In this position, you have to take accountability and be proactive (but I don't actually feel this is a con)-- it takes a special kind of person to do well here.
