Pros

Soliant Health is a great place to work! I am so impressed with the culture here. This is not a cut-throat sales environment, but a team based culture that starts with leadership and trickles down. Soliant has good incentives to help you succeed. The great people at Soliant are what make it such a special place to work!

Cons

I can only think of positive things to say about Soliant!

Pros

The Pros for working with Soliant Health is you are trained very well on everything you need to know about your job and how to be very successful for years to come. Training is on-going even the veterans train the new employees. The moral is awesome and you are compensated very well for the work you put in. I am in my mid 40's and I feel as though Soliant is a company I can definitely retire from.

Cons

There are honestly no cons working for Soliant Health. I just can't seem to find any at all.

No micromanaging, supportive management, productive environment, and a great place to work!

there are no cons with the company besides if you don't like to push yourself to do better.
