      Supportive leadership, but pay is lacking and no WFH

      Pros

      You get what you give. If you come in and give your best, you'll make money. Leadership is supportive from the bottom to the top. There's never a moment you are unsure of where you stand. All leaders have a desk of there own and most were grown from AE role, so they know how to coach on it.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible for the current economy No WFH option really until year 3

      Avoid at all costs

      Pros

      Great managers, good team of coworkers.

      Cons

      Pay is less than industry standard and people who work much less than you on deals will get much better commission from 5-15%. Commission for account managers is 0.0075%, which Soliant calls 3% of 0.25, to make it sound better. Upper leadership tends to not listen to feedback, which puts the managers in tough positions to be in. Low morale overall.

      Flexible and supportive environment, but contract work lacks stability

      Pros

      I’ve appreciated the flexibility and support from Soliant. Communication has been consistent, and they placed me in a setting where I’ve been able to grow a lot clinically I’ve also appreciated the independence while still having support available when needed.

      Cons

      A challenge with contract work is that there can be less long-term stability and sometimes an extra layer of communication between the district and the contracting company.
