      Good salary and excellent benefits, higher management know what they are doing, employee friendly, productive work atmosphere, excellent and high value projects and customers

      Pros

      DS Solidworks offers an amazing benefits package that combines top notch medical insurance and very generous vacation. 99% of the employees are part of the 'team' and will do anything to help you accomplish your goals.

      Cons

      While the benefits are amazing, the salary itself is below market rate in my opinion. Also, people tend to be very comfortable in their roles. Because of this, the opportunity for advancement is low.
