      The work life balance is ok The benefits are good but getting a bit expensive Great people to work with

      Pros

      Smart people. Cool software. Very international environment. Busy - Lots of work to do. new building is pretty nice. good salary. flexible hours. my boss is great.

      Cons

      Not enough staff. Lack of decisionmaking due to mother company imposing its will. Way too many complex and heavy processes. Poor communication. Too many initiatives happening at once, without clear understanding of what we are doing and why.
