Pros

Intel Foundation Flexible PTO Flexible hybrid / fully remote work Good salary and bonuses Lots of experts in their field / specialized employees that bring in a lot of knowledge or have a long history with the product / business

Cons

3 rounds of layoffs in 2023 Lack of communication / transparency from top leaders Limited budget and plans / projects constantly changing Part of compensation is in the form of stock units, with no guaranteed reimbursement or buy back period Inconsistent criteria for decision-making, especially around budget

Pros

People I work with, unlimited time off

Cons

Lack of detailed recovery plan for a company, unclear decisions upper management is making, people are overloaded after layoffs, no salary increases where as there are giving huge severance packages, no stocks seeling window (as promised by SK before transition). I feel like SK doesn't take care much about future of Solidigm.
