Very close-knit group of employees. More like family than co-workers. Management supports the staff in more ways than just financial...they look at the person not just the position.

Cons

Can be long hours due to the quick changing environment of the solar industry.

Pros

Soligent is the by far the best company I have ever worked for. The CEO Jonathan Doochin is not what you would expect from your typical CEO. He is very friendly and personable. Jon and the rest of the team really seem to care about us employees. It felt like a family that was having a great time selling the equipment for the purpose of helping the planet one install at a time.They also help you further your education with little or no cost to yourself. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Cons

If you are someone who does not like change and growth I would not recommend this company. It is high paced, high energy and solar is always changing.
