--great people who work hard and work together --honest dedication to alternative energy and making a difference --growing quickly --startup culture is agile and quick to address key issues/opportunities facing the business --lots of upward mobility

Cons

--startup culture can be chaotic with lots of different ideas competing for attention --office politics sometimes distract from core goals

Pros

A talented team of employees and execs that really do care about people, contrary to what a lot of the other comments on here suggest. People believe in what they do. The team helps and supports each other and is the #1 reason why this is a great place to work. I've been here for over a year now and because things do move so quickly it's given me a chance to learn a lot of new things quickly.

Cons

A lot of change due to nature of the solar market. Can be difficult to navigate the organization at times because it's a lot like a startup - very quickly moving and has teams in different geographies.
