Low pay compared to industry standard, inexperienced management, layoffs all the time, high stress with lack of leadership, no upward mobility, no raises in the several years I was there, bonuses were never paid

They give out good titles which helps advance your career

Cons

Promises were not kept by management. Negative vibes are public from half the working population. Thomas and Jonathan did not see eye to eye and had very different thoughts/ views/ ideas, which lead to uncertainty. CFO holds company together.
