People are Great with the exception of a couple of people. Great work but no room to grow especially for women.

Cons

Manager believes women should stay behind a desk. To many chiefs, not enough indians.

Decent benefits, some nice people (not in Management though!), were somewhat flexible with schedule times,

Constant management changes, layoffs, worse than usual office politics and posturing, nepotism (high ranking children of founders of merged companies), constant inventory issues, evil company culture
