Get Out While You Can- Sinking Ship- Horrible Culture

Pros

Ability to work remote, able to set your own schedule lots of flexibility. Unlimited PTO policy allows for you to attend moments that matter in your life.

Cons

Executive team is off their rocker, they bad talk employees, make horrible business decisions and expect you to work 20 hour days. The culture is awful, just awful. Do not take a job here, pay is below standard for the industry and benefits do not make up for it. There is no diversity the Operations leadership is old school and calls employees numbers, says things like if they don't want to do it we can find a monkey to do it. Go get a job somewhere else.

Pros

Great people that move on once they can. Free snacks. Beer on Fridays....?

Cons

Management. Our executive management team is like a college/high school clique. Lots of fist bumping, calling each other "bro" infighting, childish. The hiring of people in management positions that don't deserve it. Bypassing good employees that should deserve promotions. Did I mention the pay? Bad. Bad. Bad.

Pros

There have been some great and inspiring leaders, but most have been pushed out and are no longer there.

Cons

Executives and Managers don't take responsibility for their mistakes and blame is often pushed around as a result. This is due to executive leadership's lack of trust and confidence in their staff. It created an incredibly toxic and fearful environment at all levels of the organization.
