Family-like culture and fun place to work. Talented leadership team and CEO who desires the flourishing of the employees by providing opportunities for growth and advancement.

Cons

Pros

A revolving door of talented MBAs, inexperienced title hunters and underpaid "rockstars". If that's your jam jump in.

Cons

The executive team and lack of focus are a major distraction to a solid distribution platform. The buying spree of competitors and "strategic" acquisitions was awful.

Pros

Location is great. In the middle of Sonoma County makes for an easy commute to people in both Santa Rosa and Petaluma. The people were what made this company great, most are gone now. Culture that allows for promotion and career growth up to a point.

Cons

When the current owners took over nearly all female managers either quit, were asked to leave, or were demoted in less than 6 months. Women are not held in high regard. There is a lot of nepotism and preference for young, ivy league males. If you don't meet that requirement, there is a ceiling on your career at this company. Any bonus structure based on "company performance" is a farce and you will never see a penny of it. Similar with company 401K matching. Benefits are very expensive for sub-par medical plans.
