      Pros

      Great local management. Inclusive culture that fosters personal growth. Accountability of decisions that you are encouraged to make. Almost everyone you work with has a great attitude and a friendly approach to collaboration.

      Cons

      On the outer rim of space sometimes with the mothership being in NYC. Can be pressure at times to complete projects ahead of schedule or schedule a project under reasonable timelines.
