      There was a salary involved.

      Cons

      The CTO was a micromanager. Any code written would be rewritten by the self appointed Kind of Software Engineers. Anybody else writing code was essentially otiose.

      Very Autonomous work environment Higher staff is so busy they don’t care about any of their employees

      Cons

      Weird and quiet office that doesn’t grant a lot Of time to get to know your team mates.
