      Pros

      At the local level, fairly flexible work schedule. Exempt employees have a little more leeway to make up time than nonexempt.

      Cons

      I don't think my paycheck has been correct since day one. Weird things going on in the payroll office. Sometimes you may get questions answered and other times you will never get answers. It's government contract work and I think they got in too deep.
