Pros

The owners really cared about their people, especially during start of the pandemic - ensuring everyone was able to work from home, and promoting health and safety.

Cons

The culture at the office was strange - can't quite point it out but there was friction between warehouse and office employees and every decision that was made was based on what warehouse employees would think. It was like office employees didn't matter as much.
