Unstructured poor work ethics
Pros
There is no pros to working for this company. I was hired and lied to in my interview about the pay. And the workload. When I took the job 2 weeks into the job. I was doing a senior level position for an entry level pay scale. This company lack Structure and fairwages were the jobs that they're expecting you to do. In my interview I was told. It's an entry level position which I accepted. However, when I got there. I was expected to do forecasting report for 5 major companies. And approximately forty six smaller companies.
Cons
You are always being micromanaged The system that they're using is as old and slow Lack of management skills Lack of structure If you're looking for a stepping Stone to get in to the counting world. This is a great option for you. But it's not a career not at this company. How is looking for a career that will help me grow to leave my position because of the lack of information that I received when I interviewed with this company.
