      Pros

      Sales in a lot of countries so good exposure to different cultures and languages. Most employees work very hard and are friendly to work with.

      Cons

      The rest of the company is better but working in finance is not good. Lots of staff left the department the past 7-8 years on the team and this leads to pressure and multiple gaps.

      If you are willing to challenge yourself professionally by managing regions and not only one company; Good exposure to the executive team;

      Cons

      Lack of a robust system to help customize the data in a management view; Constantly turnover; Work-life balance is a joke!

      Short and Sweet

      Pros

      A lot of autonomy in this role. Sometime I would speak to my manager once a week as a general check in. Everyone is very patient and I never felt like any one was breathing down my back for anything. There is currently a hybrid work model where I was going in 2 times per week. The company is very understanding when it comes to work life balance and the bonus was great!

      Cons

      Training structure is lacking. I basically had no training, i learnt mostly through trial and error and looking at past examples from my predecessor. There is a lack of professional development and during my 1 year there, about 8-10 employees left (almost 1 per month) to pursue other growth opportunities outside of S2G.
