      Somatus is a company led by some of the brightest and forward thinking minds in healthcare. Values and mission really infuse into the core of what this company represents and what it does, which is simply finding ways for patients to get and stay well.

      Startups and high growth companies can be challenging but incredibly rewarding.

      Toxic Culture A company with no morals

      Pros

      Nothing. They promote people with no training that cause a toxic environment that force other people to quit.

      Cons

      Everything. This company has no morals or values. They hire people who are very unsafe to be working with patients. When concerns are raised, they don’t care and look the other way. People will work 60 hours a week with no compensation or thank you.

      Pros

      The mission is great and you meet a lot of patients with different stories that drive you to ensure that they and many others have access to comprehensive and affordable medical care.

      Cons

      As with any startup company, things were always changing when I was there and I learned to be flexible and adapt to the environment. It has grown so much since then.
