Where do I start being there’s so many=Even tho Somatus employees work remote, it doesn’t feel remote, we have team huddles, staff is always available, helpful, and considerate of their employees which is what makes me rave about the company, I have never experienced a place where employees are seen, heard, and their ideas come to life, not to mention the great pay! The schedule is flexible & your family life is part of theirs so they understand what family means! If you have the opportunity to work with us, it will definitely be your life long career not just because of the staff or money, you will love what their values are build on and the many patients that we help daily! We are definitely rocking the world of Kidney care to a whole new level so come be a part of an amazing growing team!

I really enjoy working from home, and all needed equipment is supplied to us (laptop, phone, printer, office type equipment). While we are still a new company with a lot of growing pains, they do take a lot of our concerns to heart and work to make those changes. For the most part, I have friendly coworkers--they try to make it a fun work environment even though we are remote -- frequent meetings via Zoom, fun optional after-hours meeting with activities and games to build camaraderie, etc. Training was sufficient and ongoing. They are hiring a lot more people which is encouraging because ultimately that will mean our workload should be more realistic.
