      Pay is solid, remote work is nice

      Cons

      This company has terrible corporate management. There is a complete lack of communication and constant changes. The staff turnover is very high. Management has no regard for their employees' professional development and make changes to job duties and organizational structure at will without any input from the actual employees. I would not recommend working for Somatus.
