No 401k match WHERE ARE THE BONUSES? If you present a workflow issue that creates a problem and creates more work, management DOES NOT CARE. Disrespectful coworkers are placed on a pedestal, while you are labeled a problem for reporting a work environment that is toxic and could legally cause problems for Somatus in the future in harassment terms. (Hostile work environment!!!!!) When employees as a group question leadership on anything financial, we are completely ignored. Constant policy changes without consideration for how it could go wrong once implemented.

No flexibility-unless you are in the clique. Management treats you as a number, not a person. It’s a production line, member care is non existent. Member doesn’t answer, keep calling until they do. Member doesn’t want to participate, keep calling week after week. Member asked for no more calls, keep calling. 3-4 layoffs in past several months, starting at the top and working down the line. Morning meetings are a joke, it’s just a check off box for management.Employees are questions or voice their concerns, no answer. And they “layoffs” staff was given less than. 24 hours that they were no longer employed. And I can assure you these “five star ratings” raving about an awesome company, are coming in from the very top leaders to get the numbers up.
